The Greeks of Anatolia never left Anatolia

 Hello my friends,

Welcome to my little blog.

Today, I want to dive into the reality of Anatolian heritage. Are the Turks truly the devils from Mongolia, or are they victims of intense assimilation?

Let's skip the boring introductions and get straight to the point. If you're reading this, you are already familiar with the Turkic incursions into Anatolia and its consequences.

The Turks of Anatolia are largely assimilated Greeks and Armenians. Western, Central, Northern, and Southern Turks are primarily Byzantine Greeks, while Eastern Turks are Armenians. However, due to the Armenian Genocide, many Armenians have been replaced by Iranian Kurds, who were invited by the Ottoman rulers to replace the Shia Turks.

What evidence supports these bold claims? It's well-documented.

When the Turks first arrived in Anatolia, they were small, yellow-skinned, and had slanted eyes. Who in Turkey today still fits this description? No region predominantly displays such characteristics.

"Nicetas Choniates remarks that the Turks at the battle of Myriocephalum removed the facial skin of the fallen on both sides lest the Greeks learn how many Turks had been slain. This, again, is an explicit testimonial to the fact that the facial types of Greek and Turks at this early period (as in contrast to later times) were sharply distinguishable"

"Byzantine historians of the 11th-12th centuries provided a description of Turkmens as very different from the Greeks. Bertrandon de la Broquière, a French traveller to the Ottoman Empire, met with sultan Murad II in Adrianople, and described him in the following terms: "In the first place, as I have seen him frequently, I shall say that he is a little, short, thick man, with the physiognomy of a Tartar. He has a broad and brown face, high cheekbones, a round beard, a great and crooked nose, with little eyes. "

"Al Masudi described Yangikent's Oghuz Turks as "distinguished from other Turks by their valour, their slanted eyes, and the smallness of their stature. " Stone heads of Seljuq elites kept at the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art displayed East Asian features."

Moreover, the Turks were a minority when they arrived, and this demographic imbalance persists.

We now have DNA testing to back this up. Here is a comprehensive look at Turkish DNA:

The samples that are in Turkish_Average and Turkey_West only consist of Turkish locals and Yörüks. So, there is no reason to try and weasle your way out of this by claiming I added different ethnicities.

You can also see how distant Turkish people are to Ottoman Turks who were already half Greek, like the Capalibag Turcoman. He is half Greek half Turkic, yet Turks do not even plot close to him. They're almost closer to full Greeks.

I hope you now understand the actual ethnicity of modern-day Turkey. They aren't full Mongoloids, or Persians or anything foreign. They're predominantly Greek and Armenian and need to realise this fact.

God bless.
